Pottery: Handbuilding
Enjoy the experience of working with clay and learn how to construct plates, bowls, tiles, vases and other
forms by using the basic skills of handbuilding instead of the wheel. Learn how slabs, coils, molds, templates,
and pinching can turn into useful and decorative items. With a little imagination, the possibilities are endless!
All skill levels are welcome.

Pottery: Continuing Handbuilding and Glaze Techniques
This class will expand upon handbuilding skills learned in a beginner class. Focus will also be placed
on learning various glaze methods including slips, wax resist, underglazes and oxides/washes.

Pottery: Wheel Throwing for Adults
Just beginning or a little rusty, students will be introduced to the pottery wheel, pottery equipment and how
to create vases, mugs, containers etc. Because of limited wheels, student to teacher ratio is very good and
students will have a very personal learning experience.
