Our facility is centrally-located in Smithfield, right in the heart of Johnston County, North Carolina with easy access to I-95, US 70 and I-40. There are a number of nearby hotels and motels for multi-day events and we’re more than happy to offer ideas to make you event a true success.
$260.00 refundable deposit
$65.00/hour (a minimum of 3 hours for rental)
$20/hour custodial fee
$15/hour technician fee (if using screen, projector, etc.)
If serving alcohol:
$260.00 deposit on top of regular deposit ($520 total deposit required)
$25/hour Police officer (1 officer/100 people)
Purchase of a 1 time use alcohol permit from the ABC Commission
Million dollar liability insurance policy (purchased through any insurance agency)

PLEASE NOTE: There will be a $10 administrative fee charged if you cancel out of a banquet room rental agreement with SRAC. If the banquet room rental is canceled by SRAC or Smithfield Parks and Recreation, you will not be charged the administrative fee.
